Our issues with gear continue to plague us. Everyday the situation is the same. No information is provided to us, and we’re asked to wait. It’s incredibly frustrating. We re-scheduled interviews 4 times now. Hopefully, today is the day we finally get our gear.

The weather in Austin is perfect for SXSW. Yesterday’s boat cruise was a lovely way to have breakfast burritos and beer. I caught The Black Angels yesterday. Very cool band. The Pack AD was also impressive playing the Six Shooter Mint Records Hootenanny. Nardwar…not so much. I did go to some lawyer party at the Blind Pig. Mini Me and Eric Estrada were there. The free Shiner Bock was also a nice touch. Matthew McConaughey hosted his event at Speak Easy. I missed the Sass Jordan set but I did catch a free ticket for a beer.

Hopefully our gear comes soon so we can start to record. I cannot believe our rotten luck travelling to SXSW this year.
